1. What are the various Franchise Models available with Fry O Pan?



a. New Franchise with store set-up: The Franchisee shall pay a non-refundable, one-time sum of ₹ 4 lacs as Franchisee Fee. The Franchisee shall also pay ₹ 1 lacs as interest free security deposit which is refundable. The store set-up costs approximately ₹ 20 lacs for a 250 sq ft carpet area if it is set up by the Fry O Pan Team.

b. New Franchise without store set-up: The Franchisee shall have to pay ₹ 1 lac as interest free security deposit which is refundable. The Franchisee shall pay a non-refundable, one-time sum of ₹ 7 lacs as Franchisee Fee & for consultancy services for store set-up. The store set-up are to be borne by the Franchisees as per specifications laid down by Fry O Pan.

c. Franchise with existent outlet owned & operated by Fry O Pan: Details available on enquiry.

2. What will be the validity of the Franchisee Agreement?

The agreement will be valid for 5 years which is renewable after every 5 years. Documentation & Renewal fee is ₹ 10,000/-

3. Do we need to pay any royalty?

We have a very low Royalty of Rs 20,000 pm (Fixed) with an annual increment of 10% p.a.

4. How much time does it take to find good property? Will you assist in finding it?

Within 30-45 days of signing of the franchise agreement. Yes, we will assist in finding the best location.

5. "I have my own property." Can I start a Fry O Pan outlet there?

Yes. We can check if it suits the criteria.

6. Is Fry O Pan interested in developing new restaurants in non-traditional locations such as airports, military bases, travel plazas and universities?

We are happy to open outlets in non-traditional locations depending upon the feasibility

7. Am I guaranteed success if I buy a Franchisee?

No. A franchisor gives the franchisee an opportunity to follow the business system that the franchisor has proved to be successful. Your success as a franchisee highly depends on the commitment you give to the business
